My wife and I had a awesome experience with Erik. My wife and I were dealing with a legal battle with our West Allis Home about code violations. My wife and I bought the house from two private sellers that failed to address that there were code violations with our home and sold the house to us. we found out our title had a $30,000 mortgage on it, put there by an unscrupulous real estate/owner person. that was done 16 years ago. we hired one attorney that along with his investigator could not find paperwork for our home. we went to Eric and Eric found all the paperwork, convinced the uns...crupulous person to sign the satisfaction of mortgage and solved our problem. we have so much admiration for Eric. he solved the problem that we thought no one would be able to solve, after 16 years.
