Daniel Van Slett

Attorney Daniel Van Slett was a pleasure to meet and talk with yesterday morning. As a senior recently moved here, I was referred to this young man by a new friend. I lost my dear brother last month, and Dan listened to my estate filing concerns—he was thorough and understandable as he guided me thro...ugh the process. Ended up that I did not need to retain his services yet he still took time during this complimentary visit to make sure that I understood what I needed to do to satisfy the estate. He also took time to review my own out-of-state estate planning document. I would have no hesitation to retain his services if/when needed in the future.

My husband and I recently moved back to Wisconsin from Florida. We had had our will and trust done in Florida but we wanted to make sure everything was in place for Wisconsin. Dan made several suggestions that made our trust easier to work with and was exceedingly thorough. The process was completed ...on Zoom which we were all comfortable with and the final signing was done in Dan’s office with masks and social distancing. All in all we were delighted with the work.
