strongly Agree with all of the previous reviews (unanimously 1 star!). I retained Kelsey Marquard to represent me in what should have been a significant employment case supported by extensive documentation. I provided detailed evidence outlining serious concerns, including repeated policy violations,... questionable disciplinary actions, and potential legal issues. This was not a weak or speculative case—it was thoroughly documented and deserved careful, competent handling. Instead, I experienced a complete lack of meaningful engagement. It did not appear that the materials I provided were carefully reviewed, and there was little to no effort to build a coherent legal strategy or pursue accountability. Opportunities to address serious issues were simply not acted upon. Equally concerning was the level of professionalism. Communication was inconsistent and often unfocused. Calls frequently felt rushed or distracted, and follow-through on important matters was unreliable. In a situation that required diligence, responsiveness, and attention to detail, I did not receive the level of representation I was led to expect. The end result was not just disappointing—it was damaging. I entered this process seeking advocacy and left feeling that my case had not been taken seriously or handled with the competence it required. I would strongly caution others to carefully consider whether this is the level of representation they are willing to accept, particularly in cases that require thorough preparation and sustained, professional advocacy.
