David Franks aided me on a land transaction with refreshing down home kindness and years of community attorney professionalism. He is a wonderful alternative for those tired of arrogant legal workers searching for the right combination of kindness, aggression and professionalism. David Franks offered me a clear explanation of the step by step process I would need, represented me with polish, and let me know when my short cuts were heading me down the wrong path, which I appreciated. His office environment is warm and laid back with modern classiness. I would recommend David Franks to any one who admires modesty with savvy modern legal experience.
