If I had to start the process all over and choose an attorney, I would still choose Attorney Newton. Attorney Newton, although busy, answers questions quickly and gives clear direction/advice. She sends bills monthly with a breakdown of what you are paying for. She listens, makes sure that all of you...r affairs are in order, gives advice speaking to the best interest of the children, and explains the divorce process in detail so you understand. I felt confident throughout the process being represented by her and I feel confident moving forward knowing I have her if questions or concerns would arise.

The quick review is 10/10 amazing! While my court case was drawn out by opposing counsel resigning, covid, multiple hearings and 9 days of trial one thing was for certain Mrs. Newton was by my side fighting until the end. I ultimately was granted sole decision making for medical, education, and ex...tra curricular activities and as a father it is very unusual to be granted all that! Mrs. Newton was beyond organized and knew everything about my case to represent me well no matter what was thrown our way. Mrs. Newton is not only on top of her game but on top of the knowledge of law as well. After the order was in place and the opposing party decided not to follow the court order Mrs. Newton was there for me once again and was able to place not only 2 count of contempt but was able to get attorney fees as well! I wouldn't want any other lawyer to represent me nor would I want to be going to court against Mrs. Newton.

I hired Jazmin to assist with the following incident: A woman bounced her bicycle off the front right bumper of my stopped car, and proceeded to lay on the ground screaming for an ambulance, accusing me of running over her foot. I received two tickets: "failure to yield the right of way-accident", an...d "failure to provide liability-accident". There was no accident. Jazmin cooled my nerves and got both tickets thrown out. She also didn't even need to use my entire detainer, so I received part of it back. She was outstanding.

In October of 2017, I was charged with possession of a drug. I was very scared and overwhelmed! I had never been in legal trouble before!
