Born 1956. Mr. Wing received his undergraduate degree from Ripon College, Ripon Wisconsin in 1977, and his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law, Iowa City, Iowa in 1980. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Scott County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and Rock Island Bar Association and Dillon Inn of Court. He is also the webmaster for the Scott County Bar Association web site.
