Mother passed away, giving all her Assets to a friend but not her two children. I am the attorney who do all her Estate Planning, Will, Trust, Power of Attorney, Living Will, Healthcare Surrogate, cor ... rectly. Thus, the children will have a difficulty to contest the formality and the content of the Will and Trust. The case is still going on. I will update with you the result in a few month.
