John George Linn

Thanks to Governor Terry Branstad, this drunk was appointed as a district court judge. This moved him from the head of the public defender's officer where his name was well known for dishonesty. He lied to me - making me plead to a crime I'd never committed. He lied on my pre-sentence investigati...on and promised me a pardon. This alcoholic didn't even show up for my sentencing. I have been out of prison for almost 23 years and have yet to receive my pardon. John G. Linn is a disgrace to our judicial system. There is no justice in his courtroom, either. He has had so many judgments overturned in appeals. This costs the taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars.
