Robert E Konchar

Bob Konchar is counsel at Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC where he is engaged in an extensive litigation practice including labor and employment, transportation, products liability, commercial litigation and insurance. He handles cases before various federal and state courts and federal and state administrative agencies. These include, but are not limited to, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state and city Civil Rights Commissions and the Iowa and Federal Department of Transportation. Mr. Konchar handles personal injury defense work for clients and their insurance carriers. He also defends businesses in insurance litigation matters. Further, he attends to various matters being arbitrated before the American Arbitration Association and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service.
