Michelle L. Arenson

I provide business counseling and legal services to clients. In addition to private practice, I have served as in-house corporate counsel. I represent a variety of small and medium-sized business owners in various industries including automotive, renewable energy, healthcare, hospitality, engineering and consulting, and manufacturing, and others. I provide in-house counsel services to business clients as part of my legal practice.

In addition to my legal experience, I have served as an executive for a publicly traded utility company, leading their wind energy division and serving as the chief procurement officer. My diverse business experience includes project planning and development, project acquisition and due diligence, procurement, consulting, and operations. I believe that my diverse background allows me to provide legal advice from a businessperson’s perspective.
