•Negotiating & preparing agreements for the sale or purchase of a business (asset or stock) including without limitation drafting confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, and purchase and sale agreements. •Assisting clients with the due diligence process and coordinating the closing.

•Negotiating & preparing documents for the purchase, sale, lease & development of farmland, & commercial & residential real estate. •Drafting easements, options, rights of first refusal & related documents. •Forming condominium & residential housing cooperative regimes, assisting with the purchase or sale of such regimes, & structuring the condominium or cooperative loan. •Assisting clients with 1031 tax deferred exchanges. •Examining abstracts, handling title matters & conducting closings.
