I represented ex-wife Teresa. Kenneth agreed in decree/contract to pay Teresa support until she remarried, died, or cohabitated. The amount of support would also decrease by the same amount of monthl ... y pension amount Teresa would realize upon Teresa realizing such pension payments. Kenneth claimed that he should be able to modify or terminate the decree/contract because he cannot work anymore and will have no other income to pay Teresa since he can't work anymore.
