I am an experienced sole practitioner practicing on the north side of Iowa City, just a few blocks from campus. I practice regularly throughout Eastern Iowa in Johnson, Washington, Cedar, Iowa, Linn, and Louisa Counties. My goal is to provide my clients with the highest quality legal services in a friendly, low-key manner.

My firm has considerable experience in representating clients in the following practice areas: Family law, including Divorce, Adoptions, Child Custody, Child Support, Visitation Rights and Modifications of previous divorce decrees; Bankruptcy, including Chapter 7 and other debt relief options; Criminal Law, including OWI/DUI/DWI, Possession of Marijuana and other drugs, Theft, and many other criminal charges. In my General Practice also handle Juvenile prosecutions and other law, Guardianships and Powers of attorney, and drafting wills. I also represent the victims of personal injury and people involved in automobile accidents. A recent exciting development is that I have joined a group of attorneys and other professionals in practicing and promoting Collaborative  Divorce Law in Iowa City and the area, so that divorcing spouses can have more control over important decisions that affect their future.
