Biography
Ryan J. Prahm has developed a practice focused on working with banks, business owners, entrepreneurs and physicians. Mr. Prahm assists clients with general corporate matters, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and probate. Ryan serves as counsel for numerous lending institutions; representing banks and credit unions in highly sophisticated loan transactions.
Ryan and his wife Jean live in North Liberty with their three children. Ryan is active in the community as volunteer with Junior Achievement and as a coach for his children's athletic teams. Away from the office, Ryan enjoys playing basketball, Iowa athletic events, and spending time with his family.
