poor drafting

Received a draft of our will—it was just boiler plate language and anything personalized to make it look customized was poorly done with many mistakes, then he wanted the rest pf the money up front, we asked for a revised draft but he would not produce a revised draft without the full payment. Who ...does that? Why would anyone pay the full fee without seeing a revised draft, a final draft? The one and only draft documents received were nothing but boiler plate. Decided to cut our losses with what we already gave and found another, more knowledgeable attorney. Too bad, we wanted to support minority businesses…

Very Dissatisfied!

Melvin gave me bad information regarding probate. It was a red flag indicating his lack of knowledge regarding probate law. Every document he sent me was riddled with typos and errors of content. He did not proofread anything that left his office. There was a reckless disregard for accuracy and hones...ty. He spent very little time on my case but charged the maximum. I had to fire him before the estate was settled.
