I assist businesses in disputes they may have with individuals, customers or other businesses. This includes UCC related disputes (for companies selling goods) as well as drafting, negotiating and litigating with respect to contracts. I can get involved at any stage to assist in negotiating deals.

I assist businesses of varying sizes with their incorporation and represent them in court. I help startups and small businesses choose the proper type of corporate structure and complete their required filings.

Sometimes people get in trouble, sometimes people are accused of things they did not do. I help individuals charged with crimes including misdemeanors, DUI, OWI, PAULA, and felonies. I offer a sliding scale fee based on income as well as flat fee arrangements. I also assist students who have had run ins with the law.

I help parents protect their rights with respect to their children, including visitation, and determinations of both child support and spousal support. I also help people sort out their marriages including fairly dividing property, debts, retirement accounts and the tax consequences of this process.
