Pitton Law P.C. is a law firm with a multistate practice dedicated to meeting the particular needs of our individual and business clients. We apply creative strategies and experience gained through more than three decades of trials, appeals, arbitrations, mediations and administrative hearings in several state and federal courts, ADR proceedings and agency hearings.
Our office includes founding attorney Michael J. Pitton, law clerks from the University of Iowa College of Law, and an office manager. The firm was started in 1994 by Mr. Pitton in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It was subsequently relocated to Iowa City, Iowa in 1998, due in part to its proximity to the Iowa College of Law, where he teaches several courses to upper class law students.
We care about our clients, are sensitive to their unique circumstances and constantly strive to provide the highest quality of representation possible. Many of our firm's clients have been referred to us by other attorneys due to the complex nature of their case and our commitment to personal service. We offer flexible and alternative fee arrangments as necessary, and endeavor to resolve legal issues in an efficient and cost effective manner.
