OUTCOME: I was instrumental in getting legislation passed to require the Pool on an emergency basis to provide insurance to hundreds of injured employees. The Supreme Court of Georgia agreed the law was constitutional

Many clients lost their Workers Compensation Insurance when SEUS was not only declared insolvent & cases prior to a certain date was not covered by the Insolvency Pool.
