Jennifer Marie Zupp

Jennifer is passionate about helping people who are injured, whether at work or elsewhere. She grew up in a working-class family and worked to put herself through college and law school. Because of her hard-working background, she sympathizes with other working people and knows how important it is for people to be in good physical health, so that they can take care of their family. Jennifer’s practice centers around helping people whose lives are disrupted by an injury, get good and timely medical care, income or other insurance benefits to pay their bills, and fair compensation for harms and losses they have sustained. Unfortunately, Jennifer sees many people who are not treated fairly by their employer or by an insurance company when they are injured and when this happens, it is her mission to obtain the best results she can for the individual or their family. Jennifer lives in Denison, Iowa, with her husband, Brian, and their two children, Sophia and Jack. Jennifer serves on the Iowa Association for Justice Worker’s Compensation Core Group, an elected group of twelve Claimants attorneys which meets monthly, and is a Board Member of the Iowa Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys. Jennifer is also co-chair for the 2015 Advisory Committee Workers’ Compensation Symposium. She has served on numerous committees for these organizations and has been a presenter at various legal education seminars on workers’ compensation laws in Iowa. In her personal time, Jennifer serves as President of the Norelius Community Library and is a member of Denison Young Professionals.
