Was hired after Defendant defaulted. Plaintiffs attempted to enter Default Judgment and set damages as to my Defendant prior to any other Defendant going to trial. Request for damages, pre-judgment int ... erest, post-judgment interest and attorney fees denied as the Judge agreed with my argument that, "pursuant to R. 4:43-2(b), given the nature of the claims asserted by Plaintiff, final determination on damages should be at trial or final disposition."
