Heidi M. Rouse

I read the only two reviews on here and it's absolutely true. Seems it's hard to contact her and she always seems to be unavailable both on the person and over the phone. I saw someone mention she filed for a motion of hearing to speed the process up without consent and I belive she may have done tha...t with my case as well. She does not seem to care about the right thing rather then trying to avoid u but yet still make decisions on your behalf. I have an ongoing case that I am not guilty of and need someone who cares to take the right steps. I did some digging and turns out there is a civil rights lawsuit pending against her and another detective (Mike Ingram). I'm really doubting the integrity all the way up the ladder.
