The end result, my client prevailed and able to reclaim lawful possession of his property.

On the asset protection side of things I use corporate structuring, privacy, equity stripping, contracts, etc. to ensure that your personal assets are never on the chopping block of an aggressive lawsuit.

All monies owed were paid and the tenant/defendant given 60-days to voluntarily vacate. Reasonable attorney fees were also paid to my client. My client was very pleased with the outcome as no trial was necessary and the case resolved in the very early states of the eviction proceedings.

I represented the tenant/defendant in this case. The Plaintiff/Property Management Company had a reputation for bullying tenants and mislabeling minor breaches as material breaches. The case went to ... trial and my client won. However, because the Property Management Company was unpleasant and overbearing my client eventually decided to leave on her own accord. She is in a much better situation now.

Landlord-Tenant case that involved non-payment of rent. Initially the tenant was resistant claiming habitability issues and landlord negligence. During the eviction process I spoke to the tenants and ... convinced them that a trial would not be in their best interests. The tenants ended up signing a stipulated judgement agreeing to vacate the premises in 30 days and to leave the house in the same condition they received it. My clients were pleased with the outcome.

The end result, the tenant agreed to voluntarily vacate the property in 30 days and agree to pay my client every dollar he was owed over the course of 3 months.
