Asylum case is won - October 29, 2020. Immigration Judge heard motion after case remanded. I submitted our appeal based on persecution because of political opinion in his home country, several months ... ago and on August 31, 2020 we got the news: The case has been remanded. The BIA said, "on remand, the IJ should apply the regulatory presumption that the respondent faces a risk of future persecution.... Both sided should be permitted an opportunity to present additional relevant evidence, and the IJ should issue a new decision. . ."
