Client calls me because he was involved in an auto accident where he and the other driver were both merging into the same lane. His insurance placed him at fault for the accident. After investigating ... the scene of the accident, the damage to the vehicles, and contacting any possible witness's, we successfully got the client the full policy limits even though the insurance had put him at fualt.
