Oct 03, 2019OUTCOME: Not only saved client thousands due to a contract that heavily favored the seller but also protected the client from future harm. Attorney fees were about 1/4 the costs if the client did not hire me as her attorney.
Reviewed Purchase Agreement for purchase of residential property. Negotiated with the seller to eliminate multiple clauses which heavily favored the seller.
