Mother - Custody

OUTCOME: My Client ended up being awarded full legal custody of the Child, was awarded child support AND the Father who started the case, was only given short, supervised visitation one per week due to on damaging testimony we got out of him at the final hearing.

My client, the biological Mother of a child, was served with a Motion by the biological Father in which the Father was requesting custody of the Child and requested to not be required to pay any child ... support. Prior to that Motion, no Court had ever formally determined any parental rights and the Child had been living with my Client, the Mother. This was after the Father had been threatening toward the Mother and had only sporadically attempted to contact the Child.
