Members of the church alleged the Defendant was banging on the church doors, accompanied by threats that the Defendant was going to “blow up the church.” During a 3-day trial, Attorney Kristin Cronk effectively argued that none of the state's witnesses felt threatened by the Defendant, and there was no belief that the Defendant intended bodily harm or property damage at the time of the incident. The Defendant was charged with Driving Under the Influence. The Defendant was pulled over due to a claim by law enforcement that, the Defendant “could not maintain the proper driving pattern.” A DUI in ... vestigation was conducted which included Field Sobriety Exercises (FSEs), during which law enforcement alleged that the Defendant’s speech was slow, slurred and sometimes incoherent. Law enforcement further claimed that the Defendant’s incoherent rambling would sometimes lead law enforcement to repeat themselves in an attempt to understand what the Defendant was trying to say. Attorney Kristin Cronk, through a thorough cross-examination, successfully asserted that law enforcement neglected to inquire into the actual reasoning about the Defendant's speech, which was a result of a gunshot wound to the cheek at 17, and not the result of the Defendant being impaired beyond his normal faculties. Following a short deliberation, the Jury returned a verdict of not guilty.

The Defendant was arrested and charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The arresting officer claimed to have detected the distinct odor of cannabis while conducting a t ... raffic stop on someone else, prompting them to follow and locate the Defendant in a hotel parking lot. A non-consensual search of the Defendant’s person ensued. Attorney Kristin Cronk filed a Motion to Suppress, arguing that the search was unlawful. After consulting with the lead prosecutor for the division and urging them to review the officer's Body Camera footage before the hearing, the State dropped all charges against the Defendant.
