He seems overloaded with cases and always too busy to make progress at the rate the court expects. He promises a lower rate for all work done by his legal assistant yet bills 100% at his higher hourly rate. He charges for one hour to read a 2 page document and talk it over with said assistant that st...ates the court wants to set trial since no progress has been made on the case. I had to fire him then completed my case pro se within 2 weeks after waiting 2 months for any progress on one document with Andy. He promises a quick and painless process then drags it out and adds unrequested stipulation reviews to jack up the bill. He charged twice for the initial appt. I had to remind him and prove with a receipt that I had paid it before he adjusted the bill.
