The separation agreement that Ms. Kersenbrock wrote for me was so poorly worded that it did not protect any of my future rights to spousal support. Upon divorce, solely because of the wording of this document, I was not able to claim mutual investments, retirement accts., etc. from a marriage of almo...st 40 yrs., not able to claim equitable SS benefits, not even able to claim a mutually equal distribution of PERS retirement money. I am past the retirement age, and left without adequate spousal support, too old to start over, and after, a very long-term marriage, left in a dire financial situation. If there were a way to rate her with "no stars", I would.

She is very on timely and her response and ability to get things accomplished. Argumentative with other lawyer and judge so the judge reprimanded her. Kept approximately $32k of money I got from my divorce that she was to pay off a school loan with. She kept it for approximately 1 1/2 yrs longer than... needed. Between me and her assistant we had to force her to pay the loan off. Then she charge me extra and kept money from that amount. My ex and I believed all along that she was taking extra $ from our divorce. She wad always late to court. Hardly ever available to client. Even my ex was shocked at how she didn't do a decent job for her client.
