These voicem ... ails included numerous threats of criminal prosecution and civil lawsuits for three times the amount of the debt if my client didn't pay the debt. The case was tried before a jury over two days in a federal court (Northern District of Georgia). The jury found in favor of my client, the plaintiff, and awarded $54,000 in damages.
