Our office successfully vacated his most recent conviction based on an unconstitutional enhancement of the charges which had the effect of preventing our client from applying for relief from deportation. Our office successfully represented our client before immigration and he was granted Cancellation of Removal and is now at home with his Lawful Permanent Residency.
