He is the absolute WORST attorney I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I used him for a divorce when he worked in Fort Dodge. He rarely called back, he did not communicate well, causing me to spend hundreds on unnecessary plane fare, and he did not advocate for me in court. I just sat the...re and watched the other side get everything offered to them and he made zero objections. He failed to file my "children in the middle" course with the courts. I live out of state and he refused to put together a parenting plan that was functional for me as far as visitation and travel. He said he had never heard of such a thing. I paid my ex-wife for her part of the home that I owned on my own BEFORE marrying her because Jon Beaty said I had to and then he did not give me the receipt, even when I went to his office and requested it. I made a bar complaint and had to hire another attorney to fix what he didn't do. He was uninformed and allowed my former wife to sell joint property even when I told him it would happen. I would NEVER EVER use this attorney for anything!
