Ethen worked alongside the Ostroff trial team in a high-profile Greyhound crash case in which the bus driver fell asleep at the wheel. One person was killed, and dozens were injured. In addition to his ... presence in court every day, Ethen was responsible for presenting evidence and utilizing trial technology to create exhibits for the jury. He pored through Greyhound’s route books and created maps illustrating the danger of bus routes longer than 150 miles. The team was able to prove that the bus crash – which occurred past the 150-mile mark – could have been prevented if the route had been kept shorter.
