Was my court appointed attorney for my TPR. She has medical issues and was sick a lot but she was pretty decent still, kept in contact and met with me most of the time, sent my court papers to me on time but I feel like she could've done more in my case. There were a lot of mistakes, court ordered te...sts that were never done and tpr was ultimately granted and my appeal was denied. There were multiple things in the denial that were false and could be proven false and had she contacted me maybe something could have been done to correct it. She never notified me about the denied appeal and I was never able to contact her to file my appeal to the supreme court like she said she would if it were denied. Even though small, there was still a possible chance for me to get my children back. Now we're on day 10/10 to file to a higher court and I'm now out of time and have no chance at getting my kids back because of the lack of communication.
