On June 28, 2000, Verdree was sentenced to serve concurrent terms of twenty (20) years confinement as to each of the armed robbery offenses, twenty (20) years confinement as to each kidnapping offense, ... concurrent with each other and concurrent with the armed robbery sentence, concurrent terms of twenty (20) years for the aggravated assaults, five (5) years on each of the possession of firearm by convicted felon counts, consecutive with one another and consecutive to the armed robbery sentence. I appealed the case and had the conviction reversed and worked out an agreement for probation.
