When we did proceed to trial, Jason performed well in presenting my case and did successfully expose several lies from my ex-husband. However, despite this, the outcome was not in my favor. Jason ultimately concluded that my ex-husband would retain primary custody because my daughter was well-adjusted and happy, which seemed to undermine the hard work and evidence presented during the trial. While Jason's courtroom performance was commendable, the overall handling of my case, especially leading up to the trial, left me feeling that my best interests were not fully prioritized. The final legal decree did not reflect the positive progress I had hoped for, and the emphasis on minimizing child support payments over securing a fair custody arrangement was disheartening.
