worst legal representation ever
Mr. Duffy did not represent me at all. Has no real understanding of criminal law. I paid $5,000 to him and he basically almost caused me to go to prison. There were just so many mis-communications or really no communication at all.

Think Twice ---Caveat Emptor.
No initial Contract. Wrote initial retainer receipt for wrong matter. Later found out he charged to speak with members of his staff. Staff lost or misplaced materials submitted. Went on vacation.
