I don't know where i should start, me and my husband hired Stephen to represent me and help me to get my 2 years old son primary custody. But before we even started that process, we had to go thru Emergency temporary custody because father ended up in Prison for 6 months and refused to let us see my ...son. Emergency custody was supposed to be easy and 1/1 process but it got more complicated because of Stephen lack of commitment , effort and motivation to prepare for hearing. Until he change his approach to the clients, care more about their situation I would advise you to look for another solution. Even if you do hire them, you will probably ended up firing them before your case is over and then they will make sure to make that process as much difficult as they possibly can. Our retainer fee was refiled every monday, with statement what was done in last week. But then suddenly for some reason you need to wait 14 working days until they issue back your money, because of their "policy". Even if we explained that we decided to go with another counsil and that they are holding that process because of that unreasonable hold of our money , they dont care. It is not just "another" process, it is not some insurance claim process... We are talking here about life of the 2 years little boy that is coming back to UNSAFETY enviorement. They were explained that they are playing with other people life because they are not happy that we decided to choose lawyer that is more passionate to help us. - They still dont care. That is the law firm that you are considering to choose. If you do care about the situation that you are bringing up in front of judge, choose another option.
