I am the Chair of the Whitfield & Eddy Law Health Law Division and am primarily involved in providing legal advice and counsel to clients in the health care industry including hospitals and health systems, physicians and physician practices, and nursing facilities.
I provide my clients with legal advice for a wide range of issues in the areas of contracting, licensure, medical staff matters, regulatory compliance, employment and reimbursement issues.
I also provide advice and counsel in the area of elder law including eligibility for federal and state assistance programs.
