Regan Emily Wilson

Regan practices primarily in family law and general civil litigation. She joined Dickinson Law in the summer of 2016, after practicing for two years at Pendleton and Herbold in Des Moines. Regan litigates all aspects of cases from inception through resolution, including conducting fact investigation, motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation and private settlement efforts.

Regan's family law practice assists clients with divorce, termination of parental rights, adoption and paternity and custody actions.

While attending Drake Law School, Regan worked as a special litigation intern for the Iowa Attorney General's Office for Deputy Attorney General Jeff Thompson. She also worked for the Drake Legal Clinic in the juvenile delinquency clinic and interned for the Dallas County Prosecutor's Office.
