Biography
I have represented clients in a broad range of litigated conflicts including defending clients in state and federal courts. My experience includes defending product liability claims (personal injury and product performance), employment contests, commercial contract disputes, construction claims and medical negligence claims.
When necessary, I have taken cases to verdict in both jury and bench trials and have also argued cases at various appellate court levels.
In addition to holding licenses in Iowa and Illinois, I have represented clients’ interests in Wisconsin, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Texas, Michigan, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Minnesota.
