Katie Lynn Graham

Katie Graham is a member of Nyemaster Goode's Litigation Department. Katie has experience handling a variety of complex employment matters including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She has represented clients in a variety of industries. Katie has first-and third-chaired employment trials. Katie obtained a favorable verdict for her client in a case involving USERRA violations, age discrimination, and retaliation. Katie has tried over 50 bench trials on behalf of a local municipality. Before joining the firm, Katie second-chaired a case in federal court on behalf of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Iowa under the student practice rule. While in law school, Katie represented clients in a variety of civil matters and tried a case involving termination of parental rights.
