Biography
My practice concentrates on Real Estate, Banking, and Corporate Law. I provide representation to banks and other financial institutions in connection with structuring and negotiating loans, including loans secured by real estate. My practice also includes assisting local, regional, and national lenders with matters of foreclosure, civil litigation, bankruptcy, judgment collection, replevin, and loan workouts.
I assist clients with general real estate matters including title opinions. I advise my clients on general business structure and formalities along with asset purchase and merger representation.
I have been recognized in the 2010-2016 editions of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business. I was praised by peers as “very knowledgeable, very speedy and very easy to work with” and highlighted for her capabilities in handling distressed property work in the Chambers USA guide 2016.
