Joseph F Moser

Joseph Moser is an associate attorney in the litigation division. He maintains a varied, civil and criminal litigation practice, representing clients in Iowa’s state and federal courts. Joe’s practice focuses on trial work. In his civil practice, Joe represents individuals and businesses in wide-ranging matters including products and premises liability, wrongful death, serious personal injury, breach of contract, employment, discrimination and sexual harassment, dram shop, insurance coverage analysis and defense, bad faith, administrative appeals, casino and gaming regulation, and workers’ compensation.

Joe is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, and the Polk County Bar Association, where he has served on the Board of Directors as co-chair of the Social Committee. While attending Iowa, Joe served as the Moot Court Executive Board Administrative Chairperson and participated in the Van Oosterhout-Baskerville Appellate Advocacy Competition.

Joe is actively involved in the Des Moines community, having been involved with and volunteered for the Greater Des Moines Young Professionals Connection, Young Variety Club, and Animal Rescue League of Iowa.
