Joseph Anthony Happe

Joe Happe is a full-time mediator and has mediated district court cases of all kinds: personal injury, products liability, construction cases (including construction defect, design defect and construction delay), and fire cause and origin cases. He has mediated commercial litigation matters, employment, real estate, and malpractice (medical, legal, and accounting) cases.

He mediates Workers’ Compensation cases every week and all over the State of Iowa.

Joe Happe is a seasoned litigator with experience in nearly 100 jury trials and many workers compensation hearings. He trained as a mediator in 2001.
