Biography
Joe Borg is a member of a firm’s Litigation Group with a general practice including but not limited to commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and all other areas of trial law. His commercial and real estate litigation practice includes breach of contract, breach of lease, professional malpractice, and business torts claims among others. Joe’s representative clients range from large corporations to small businesses and graduated summa cum laude from Central College in 2000, where he was named a captain of the Central College basketball team. In 2003, he graduated with high honors from Drake University Law School and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While at Drake, Joe served as Articles Editor of the Drake Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board. Prior to joining Dickinson, Joe practiced for over five years at another Des Moines, Iowa law firm and completed a two-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Terry L. Huitink of the Iowa Court of Appeals.
