Biography
My practice is entirely devoted to matters related to construction law, from the point of view of contractors, owners, and subcontractors. I have practiced in this area for more than 35 years, and has been recognized by my peers in the national publications Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers in construction law.
I serve as an arbitrator and mediator in construction disputes and have been a certified member of the American Arbitration Association’s Construction (Commercial) arbitration panel for many years. I was recently inducted as a Fellow into the College of Commercial Arbitrators, as the only member of that organization from the state of Iowa.
