While involved in a number of different areas of the law, I have a general practice which includes representation of clients in Banking law, Transportation, Construction law, and Real Estate matters. Also, as a practitioner in the Appellate Practice arena, I was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2010 in the field of Appellate Litigation.
In addition to advising clients and litigating in these areas, I regularly provide presentations to various industry groups concerning these matters and is the author and co-author of several articles related to these matters.
