I represent a diverse set of clients involved in disputes comprising business and commercial interests, complex litigation, and bankruptcy matters in Iowa federal and state courts.
I am admitted into practice in all of Iowa’s state, federal and bankruptcy jurisdictions and is a member of the Iowa state bar.
Along with my litigation practice, I also serve as general counsel, or Chancellor, to The Iowa Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church and its Bishop.
