David A. Morse

Morse was appointed receiver for my best friend's business. He was supposed to register with the courts as receiver, but didn't do so until 2 years after being appointed. He did not pay their property taxes as his position required after being reminded to do so a documented half dozen times, and cau...sed their property to go up for sale. He then charged them for the penalties and paid himself prematurely with business funds that were acquired from auctioning off their assets. Morse went to court and was dishonest with the judge pertaining to several instances of communication with him. He was also dishonest on dates in paperwork for a subpoena, and had inaccurate addresses for serving former tenants of the business notices. Morse refused to answer any calls, emails, or questions. He refused any communication ever. Never once did he return a call. NOT ONCE. Morse did not uphold any of the oaths he has sworn to abide by and has no experience as a receiver.
